Bank Wire Transfer ARE NO LONGER ACCEPTED AS OF 5/09/2002! ALL PAYMENTS

you were not one of these parties contacted prior to this date to set up
newTelephone Account Terms, then you MUST complete the SECURE
ONLINE SHOPPING SYSTEM to place an order with us and make your payment
via PayPal. NO EXCEPTIONS! ONLY A HANDFUL OF COMPANIES WERE
SELECTED FOR THIS METHOD BY OUR CREDIT DEPARTMENT - THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY
NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS NEW RULE! ALL ORDERS ARE TO BE SENT VIA
THE SECURE ONLINE SYSTEM UNLESS YOU HAVE RECEIVED A HAND WRITTEN LETTER
OF APPROVAL PRIOR TO YOUR ORDER! ALL TELEPHONE ORDERS WILL HAVE AN
ADDED SURCHARGE OF $15.00 ADDED TO THE TOTAL ORDER AMOUNT ($5.00 for the
order and $10.00 for the telephone call).
NOTICE: A handling fee of $5.00 will be added to all orders effective
March 1, 2001. An additional handling fee of $10.00 per order will
be added to all telephoned in orders (whether via voice or fax) on December
1, 2001. Internet only based orders will still only receive the $5.00 standard
handling fee per order. You can avoid the $10.00 Telephone Handling
Fee by placing your order and completing payment online. Orders placed
by telephone will be assessd the additional total handling fee of
$15.00 per order ($5.00 standard handling fee PLUS a $10.00 phone in fee).
Shipping is free on most items unless otherwise stated at the time
of order. your total shipping and handling fees will be shown at
the time of checkout.

Sorry, we do not accept International or COD orders at this time.
Certain local COD orders ARE accepted if you have a current credit application
on file with us. If you do, you have alrady been notified of such
clearance and the dollar amounts.
Payment in full for product or services is due at the time of placing your
order.
Products
are not shipped or delivered until payment is made in full (with the exception
of COD credit orders - you will be notified up front if you are approved
for such orders and the dollar amount that you are approved for (requires
a credit application). All other orders without such prior written
approval require completed payment up front BEFORE the order is shipped
or completed.
Accepted forms of payment are PAYPAL ONLY using either MaterCard, VISA,
DISCOVER, American Express or online check.
Orders are generally shipped within 48 business hours of payment clearance.
Backorders and special order items may be delayed further. We are
also not responsible for delays with third party shipping companies or
acts of God, war or the like.
All sales are final. No returns unless defective. Manufacturer's
warranty terms applies. ALL defective parts or components are to
be dealt with the current manufacturer's warranty first. If a secodary
warranty is provided in writing via Virtual Concepts, then this wil be
dealt with secondary after proof of the initial manufacturer's warranty
claim is dismissed along with the reasons why (in writing) and the
original product.
ALL orders which included ANY LABOR or PARTS FEES require payment in full
BEFORE the system is released back to the original owner/submitter of the
labor order. Any system in which the labor or parts fees is NOT PAID
IN FULL AT THE COMPLETION DATE IS SUBJECT TO AN AUTOMATIC OWNERSHIP TRANSFEREED
TO VIRTUAL CONCEPTS. After such time, ownership MAY (at our
choice) be transferred back to the original owner after payment of the
original outstanding or disputed bill PLUS a DEFAULT FEE. Contact
