The warranty term is clearly specified with each product description if
it is known by us. In the event a warranty term is not specified,
please contact the manufacturer directly for warranty details.
All new VIRCON Computer Systems are covered under a one (1) year limited warranty as well as the manufacturer's separate extended component warranty [Some items, such as CPU's, Hard Drives and Monitors are covered for a period of three (3) years or more]. This warranty covers hardware components only. Software, drivers, maintenance, and configuration are not covered. In the event warranty service is administered, and the cause of the problem is found to be clearly attributable to software products or modifications installed by the customer or agent other than an authorized VIRCON Dealer, the customer shall be billed for time and materials at the then current posted rate for labor services and/or travel expenses.
If you are in need of warranty work on your VIRCON System, please contact us before you send in any component. We will not accept any item returned to us without a valid RMA. Warranty work must be determined by one of our technicians before an RMA can be issued or any work can be performed.
If you are in need of warranty replacement of any other item purchased from us, you will need to contact the manufacturer directly for replacement unless you have received an item that was DOA. In that event, you MUST contact us within 7 days of receipt of the DOA item. We will not accept any item returned to us without a valid RMA and are not responsible for your shipment. Products damaged in shipping are the responsibility of the shipping agent.
